Republicans Gain One Congressman.

Baltimore, Nov. 5.-Full returns from the third Congressional district, composed of the first nine wards of this city give Kimmel, Dem, 11,472; Thompson, Greenbacker, and independent 5,048. Kimmel's majority is 6,464. Full returns from the 4th congressional district, composed of other wards of the city, except the 17th ward which is in the 5th district, gives McComas, Dem, 11,064; Holland, Rep 6,671; Quigley, Lugen independent Dem, 398. McComas' majority over Holland 4,393 over Thompson. The 17th ward gives Henkie, Dem., 1,180 over Crane, Rep.
