MADRID, May 27.

The Duke of Vergennes, formerly ambassador at the court of Spain, and who since the revolution remained at Madrid has received orders to leave the kingdom with his family. The same orders have been received by the Duke of Havre who was general agent of the French princes.

The court of Madrid has given orders that all the men in Catalonia from 15 to 60 shall rise in arms to oppose the French who menace an invasion of Catalonia. The Commander in Chief Count de la Union, lost all his furniture and above 1200 marks of plate, which all fell into the hands of the French.
