PORTSMOUTH (New Hampshire) July 4. A letter from one of the West India islands, to a Gentleman in Newbury, has the following paragraph:

"A vessel in 20 days from England informs us that there has been the largest mob in London that ever was known, who surrounded the Parliament House, and demanded an immediate repeal of all the American acts, or they would pull down the House; on which Lord North looked out of the window, and said, if they would disperse, no more troops should embark till they heard from Boston again."
