DELAY RETURN OF LIEUT. HARRY KELLY
Lieut. Harry Kelly will not arrive in Ottawa until next week which will give the committee in charge of the public reception and celebration for the return of Ottawa's hero, a chance to arrange a parade and fitting reception for the city's greetings to a possessor of the Croix de Guerre with palm.
Lieut. Kelly who was in New York City until today, left for Washington to enter the Walter Reed Military Hospital according to a letter received this morning by Attorney H. M. Kelly from Harry Ferguson, a former Ottawan living in New York who visited with Lieut. Kelly.
Lieut. Kelly will remain in Washington for two or three days, and will then come on to Ottawa, stopping in Chicago for a short visit, where he will be met and accompanied home by his parents.
Plans for an escort of honor, which will be formed at the Rock Island station to take Lieut. Kelly from the train to his home are in the hands of the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce.
