Every article of intelligence from the North of Germany, says a Paris paper, confirms the report that Paul I. is determined to harass the King of Prussia, and the States of the Empire, who have abandoned Austria, and are on amicable terms with France. Private accounts via Hamburg assure us that the Prussian Monarch is completely prepared for any event having formed a coalition with the neutral Princes of Germany, whereby they have in complete readiness an army of 200,000 men to act as occasion may require—what led to this event, was the march of the Russian troops through Germany.
