LONDON, Sept. 5.—The duke of Westminster is in a fearful state of perplexity. On the one hand is the duchess, the most beautiful of British peeresses; on the other Gertie Millar, star of the London Gaiety. The duchess is a high born beauty, charming, good to look upon.
