KENOSHA, Wis.—Eddie Kane, the notorious jewel robber suspect, will start his battle against extradition to the scene of the supposed crimes when he comes up for preliminary hearing in the municipal court here Friday, it was learned today.
Kane, who was arrested after New York detectives trailed him to a bed factory here where he had been employed for more than a year, has said he will resist extradition.
After the preliminary hearing Kane's extradition case probably will go to the governor.
