Yesterday, P. M. Gen. Isaac Clarke, who was expelled from the General Assembly for high misdemeanors and breach of trust in counting votes on election day, arrived with credentials as a Representative in the room of Gen. Isaac Clarke! The credentials testified that the electors of Catleton were acquainted with the causes of his expulsion, viz. for high misdemeanors! The question for his taking a seat caused some debate; the motion for postponing the decision until this morning was at length put, and carried by a respectable majority, the yeas and nays being taken.
