We hear from Sussex, that the Smugglers are very unwilling to resign their gainful Trade of running Goods; and that notwithstanding the Severities of the Laws provided against it, and the Vigilance of the Officers in executing of the same, they still carry off large Quantities of Tea from the Coast into the Country, going in strong Bonnies, sometimes Twenty in a Gang, well arm'd. to the very great Detriment of the fair Traders here in Town, who have now scarce any Demand for that Commodity in either that or the adjacent Countries.
