Cloudburst Ties Up Traffic on the Santa Fe.

Albuquerque, N. M., June 25.—A cloudburst northwest of here extended over an area of five square miles.

The main line of the Santa Fe railroad was a sufferer from the flood, its tracks being washed out at intervals of several hundred yards for a mile or more, tying up indefinitely all train service.

No lives are known to have been lost, but several ranch houses were washed away. Crops were totally destroyed, and the loss of sheep and cattle will be heavy.
