New-York, April 13.

Very Late and Important News from England.

Last evening arrived at this port the fast sailing ship Cincinnati, Concklin, in 30 days from London, from whence she sailed on the 15th of March. Capt. C. and his passengers, have obligingly favored the Editors of the Mercantile Advertiser with a file of London papers to the 10th of March inclusive, nearly a month later than our former advices.

We learn verbally, that it was expected, Mr. Pinkney would speedily arrange a treaty with the British government.
