Louis Bernasconi was over from his ranch at the junction of Jordan and Boulder creeks Tuesday, attending to some business in the probate court which was required to permit of a further partial distribution of the Anacabe estate, he being guardian of the only heir here, while the others, of the deceased man's family have gone to Spain. Bernasconi says that Boulder and Jordan creeks were higher at his place during the recent flood than they have been in 25 years. He also says his stock has required less feeding during the present winter than any for several years past, and that he will have more hay left over than usual. He has only fed his band of Angora goats, now numbering more than 600, about two weeks during the winter.
