An Extract of a Letter from Madrid, dated May 17.

Marshal Noailles, during his Stay here, has made several Overtures agreeable to the King and Queen, who have approved of the Plan relating to the Affairs in Italy. The Plan contains 12 Articles, two of which relate to the Restitutions and Cessions which are to be made to the King of Sardinia, and the rest to the Settlement of the Infant Don Philip, and the Division of certain Territories in Tuscany. The Republick of Genoa has something allotted for it towards the Milanese, as a Recompence for the Part it has taken in the War.
