Extract of a Letter from Lisbon, August 2.

"The Account I wrote you some Time since, concerning the blowing up of the Lord Clive Privateer, Capt. MacNamara, at Buenos Aires, is now confirmed by the Rio fleet; but as yet we have not learnt any further particulars, excepting that, at the time it happened, the Captain was on shore, and soon after was taken prisoner by the Spaniards: So that the former account of his having shot himself is not true: but hope by the next packet to send you something further,"
