NEVADA STATE ITEMS.

From Palisade.--From Deputy Sheriff Rabbitts we have the following particulars in regard to Palisade: Work on the railroad is progressing as favorably as possible, though the storm greatly interferes in the progress of the work. Workmen are engaged in constructing an engine house opposite Hogle's saloon, on Main street. It will soon be ready for the reception of the engine now at Carlin on the Central Pacific Railroad. An Odd Fellow Association is about being formed at Palisade. The roads between here and Palisade are at present in fine condition, and liable to be so for some time to come. The fire which occurred on Monday at the new office of the Eureka and Palisade Railroad Company, did not do much damage.--[Eureka Sentinel, 18th.
