The "Death Warrant" of Passengers.
BOSTON, Sep. 2—At the Revere inquest of the Eastern Railroad accident to-day, it was brought out in testimony, that the employes of the road are, by order of the President, required to sign a document waiving all right to damages if injured on the road through the negligence of the company or the carelessness of its people. Passengers when they buy their tickets, find a notice on them, stating that they agree that the company is not responsible for personal injury to themselves or the loss of their baggage.
