The Beaverdam Associational B. Y. P. U. Executive Committee held its quarterly business meeting in the Seneca Baptist church October 2nd, with almost 100 per cent attendance of officers. The meeting opened with the president in charge. Devotional led by Vice President J. H. Alley and Leon O. Davis, Walhalla district leader. Minutes read by Clyde M. Johnson, Secretary, and approved by committee.
Unfinished business disposed of and new business transacted. New plans for the betterment of the Associational work were outlined and discussed. Program for the next quarterly rally to be held with Newry church the first Sunday afternoon in December was planned. District leaders turned in twenty-two quarterly reports received from the various unions of the association since the closing of the past quarter, September 30.
The prompt response on the part of our B. Y. P. U's. in reporting shows the interest is prevailing throughout the association. We are expecting Beaverdam Union to be 100 per cent in reporting this quarter. At an early date the rally program will be published. We urge the leaders and officers of the association to co-operate with the association in making the last quarter of this year the most efficient.
Mrs. Chas. Knox. President.
