ANOTHER REMOVAL.—Official intelligence has been received in Philadelphia of the removal of Isaac Otis, Marshal for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the appointment in his place of General George Keim, of Reading.

In the removal of Mr. Otis honest men of all parties unite in expressing their surprise, for he was an efficient officer and a truly upright and exemplary man.

For his successor, Gen. Keim, we have always entertained the most sincere regard, and can but regret that necessity compels him to accept office under the present Administration.
