WAR IN SOUTH AMERICA.

A letter from Curacoa, dated March 19th, says Bolivar, in action imitates the tiger; he has destroyed his fleet to inspire his troops, aided by the marines, with desperate enthusiasm.--Gen. Real, the Royalist, has been completely beaten in the various actions with the Patriots, and retreated by way of Juncal, making his escape to La Guira or Caracas. Bolivar has pledged himself to the army that in twenty days, the flag of the United Provinces will wave from Caracas to Coro.
