The Boston Evening Bulletin informs us that an individual has offered to appropriate ten thousand dollars to the establishment of a practical Seminary for the cultivation of the various branches of agriculture and mechanical science, to be located in the central part of Massachusetts, and erected under the supervision of the American Lyceum. It is expected that this institution, which is to embrace extensive workshops, gardens, &c. on the most approved models, will go into operation early in the ensuing spring.
