We hear that Mr. Horace Walpole, in his Return to Hanover, from the Tour he took lately to Hamburg, stopped a Day at Irensbuttel, a Town near Keil, the Residence of his Royal Highness the Duke of Holstein, and had a long Interview with Two of that Prince's Ministers; from whence the Report is renew'd, that a Marriage will take Place at last, between his Royal Highness and the Princess Amelia. 'Tis assured however, that the Duke desired his Majesty's Leave to wait upon him at Hanover, but that his Majesty prevail'd with him to decline it.
