YAKIMA--Five prisoners, including one youth convicted of murder, were back today in the county jail from which they escaped by cutting cell block and window bars.
Rector Watson, 31, and Eugene Terwillinger were recaptured shortly after the break occurred Saturday.
Cecil D. Chapelle, 35, and James Tudor, 39 offered no resistance when sheriff's deputies found them in the Priest Rapid district 45 miles away.
Earlier, Roy Wright, 18 of Watsonville, Cal., walked into police headquarters at Toppenish. He identified himself and said he was "sorry" he broke out.
Wright was being held pending appeal on a sentence of hanging. His attorney, Eugene Ivy, said the youth virtually had ruined his chances of a successful appeal by participating in the jail delivery.
