Emperor Frederick.

BERLIN, May 26.-Emperor Frederick worse this morning and is obliged to remain in his bedroom. Fresh inflammation has appeared in parts around the wound in the throat. No cause can be assigned for this new development, and physicians are in consultation over it. The patient's general state is good. Dr. Mackenzie has again changed the cannula, choosing one of another shape.

Later-The emperor has been in his study since 11 o'clock. He received reports from Gen. Elbertile and Minister Putkammer. He was afterwards visited by the Prince of Wales and Princess Charlotte of Saxe-Meiningen.
