LANDAU, May 9.

This city has been summoned a second time last night. Our commandant Guillot read upon the parade, the summons which had been sent him by the Prussian General Szereli, who commands the Prussian van, and the answer, which he returned. M. Guillot swears not to surrender the fortress till it should be converted with its works into a heap of ruins.

General Guillot has since given in his resignation; and M. Dentzel, one of the commissioners of the national convention in the department of the Lower Rhine, has emigrated to Switzerland.
