Burr's Papers seized.—We stop the press to announce from unquestionable authority, that on the 20th inst. in Washington county, Mississippi Territory, the secretary of Col. Burr, Mr. Willey, or Waterville, was arrested on his route to Georgia. On his examination, he confessed that he was then in the service of Col. Burr, in the capacity of secretary; that he had been dispatched by Col. Burr, from Natchez, with two pair of saddle-bags, and two valises, containing his clothes and papers, to some part of Georgia. We know not how he has been disposed of, but sincerely hope that he may, with the papers in his possession, be sent to the seat of government, and not suffered to come within the controul of Gen. Wilkinson.
