Former Laredo Man and Principal Officer Under Collector of Customs Coleman is on Business Trip.
Chief Deputy Collector Ed Cotulla of the San Antonio customs district, of which Laredo is the main on the Rio Grande border, arrived here yesterday on a business trip in connection with the customs branch here and will be in his old home town for a day or two.
Mr. Cotulla, who is the principal officer under Collector of Customs Coleman, is making his home in San Antonio with his family, but he says he always feels good when he is in Laredo, where for so many years he made his home, and where the family is so well and favorably known.
