The cost of a muzzle is not great, and even if it were, no man who has the slightest regard for the lives of his fellow men will suffer his dogs to roam at large without one. No man can be deemed a good citizen who disregards the injunction to muzzle his dog during the warm weather. We hope the proper authorities will see to it that our streets are free of unmuzzled dogs, at least, during the "dog-days."
