Saturday last Capt. Caldwall arrived here from Belfast in about 7 Weeks. Capt. Bradford late of a Ship belonging to Boston, came in with Capt. Caldwall, and gives us the following Relation: That he Sailed from Piscataqua the 16th of March last, bound to Jamaica, in the Ship Ranger. but on the 22d of the same Month, in a violent Gale of Wind, his Vessel sprung a Leak, and filled with Water, which obliged him to cut away his Main and Mizen Masts, when he with his Crew, 19 in Number, took to the Fore Top, and remained there till the 9th of April, but were happily relieved by Capt. Ogilvy, from Hull, bound to New-York; that they were reduced to half a Pint of Water a Day, and had but four Days Allowance left when they were taken up; that one Man died in the Top, and four others were so emaciated, that they could scarcely stand; and that on the 24th of April, Capt.
