Feb. 4. Last Saturday Night, was committed to the Goal in this town, a transient Person, who one time says his name is Joseph Lightly, and at another, Joseph Pritty, neither of which names is supposed to be his right one--He was committed on suspicion of murdering a woman at Ware-River, (in the Massachusetts Colony) whom he had inveigled to sell what estate she had, and follow him. When the Wretch, to get rid of her put an end to her life.--He is of a ruddy complexion, about five feet nine inches high, well built and is supposed to be about thirty years old: He is now in irons.
