Full Text
Banner of the Constitution. This able publication, conducted by Condy Raguet, Esq. for near two years with acknowledged efficiency, but without reward; and which was announced, a few weeks since, would be discontinued after the 4th of December next, the Editor has determined shall still wave, provided a very few hundred will step forward to support it. This will be done—it is not possible to be otherwise, since the continuance of that journal is of incalculable advantage to the noble cause to which it is devoted.
