Full Text

Good Show.

The Richards and Pringle Minstrels drew a good house last evening, the gallery being crowded. They gave an excellent performance especially the acrobatic acts.

Manager Hal Patton made his maiden speech before the public last evening announcing that after the roast given him by The Journal he had determined to reform, and the curtain would here-after go up promptly at 8:15 if there wasn't two people in the house.

There will be another performance this evening by the same company with a change of songs and specialties. This is probably as good a minstrel troupe as was ever seen in Salem. The street parade is exceptionally fine.
