Senior Interview

Karl Archibald Klehm, Jr., was born in a hospital according to his own testimony and has attended school in Newport, Sandpoint, and Libby.

Karl's hobby is collecting things— "Oh guns—and just things"— and his pastime is "Puttsing around."

An impartial person Karl has no favorites in the movie world other than "A Mid-Summer Night's Dream," his favorite movie. "But," he hastened to add, "there's a good one coming out," and he pulled out a "Screen Romance" magazine from his desk, and described at length the wonders of "The Mikado," with its unpronounceable character names.

Karl, Jr., has a favorite book too, even though he doesn't look like it, and he proudly declared that he had read "The Night Life of the Gods" in Sandpoint before anyone in Libby had even heard of it.

We all remember Karl in the junior play as the chemist, and Karl hinted that we could expect an even better performance this year since he's been spending most of his spare time reading his "Doc Savage" and knows just how a real detective should act.

A member of the "L" Club, Karl has had three years of football and track and a year of basketball. A fireman, and publicity agent for the Pessimists, Karl was also junior class president.

Chemistry and commercial law are high ranking subjects in Karl's estimation, and we all know that his favorite "grub" is a supply of nuts which he always carries in his pockets along with a hammer.
