Full Text
The King of Spain has truly got himself into a very awkward dilemma—he has brought the Emperor of Russia upon his back, and if he shows any symptoms of contrition for having deserted his duty to himself and his Country, he loses his Fleet. That, however, he may rely upon his doing at any rate, for he may be assured the French will take care that they do not leave Brest again under Spanish Colours.
Preparations are said to be making by the French to fetch away the Spanish Troops, as they have done the Spanish Navy. If they should succeed in this attempt, we may probably soon after hear of the Court of Madrid being removed to the Temple at Paris.
