The Electoral College.
The initial meeting of the Electoral College of Tennessee, under the Government of the Confederate States, takes place to-day. The House of Representatives yesterday agreed to adjourn this morning at 11 o'clock so that the College might make use of the hall. We presume the meeting will take place at 12 o'clock. We had the pleasure of meeting with several of the Electors yesterday, and found them fully alive to the importance of the work which they have been elected to perform. The casting of the vote of Tennessee for Davis and Stephens will be something for them to remember with pride.
