Honors to Bayard Taylor.

KENNETT SQUARE, PA., Feb. 27. - Bayard Taylor, the newly appointed minister to Germany, arrived here this evening with his wife and daughter, on a visit to his parents. At the station he was met by a committee, who invited him to a welcome in Boxaugh Hall, which was filled to overflowing with people of the surrounding country. The hall was hung with flags and wreaths, and a bust of Taylor was placed on the platform. After a most hearty speech of welcome and congratulations, to which Taylor responded, there was a banquet.
