List of American vessels captured by H. B. M. ships of war and carried into the ports of G. Britain between the 20th Feb. and 29th May, 1812, both inclusive.

February 20. Brig Don Roderick, of New-York, D. G. Gillies, master, from New York, bound to Bordeaux, captured by the Belle Poule, Dryad, Lyra and Acastas, carried into Plymouth—laden with sugar, coffee, cotton, tea, pepper, &c.

—Schr. Thomas, — from Salem, bound to Bordeaux, captured by the Niemen and Medusa, sent for Plymouth, but being in a sinking state, was soon afterwards scuttled.

March 12.—Brig John, S. O. Beckford, master, from Boston, bound to Tonningen, captured by the Aquilon, carried into Plymouth, sent afterwards to Harwich, her cargo of indigo, logwood, sugar, &c.

March 26. Schr. Hotspur, of Baltimore, Jas. Knowles, master, from Baltimore, bound to Bordeaux, Captured by the Andromache, carried into Plymouth, her cargo colonial produce.

Schr Sarah Ladston, B Chase master, from Baltimore, bound to Bordeaux, carried into Guernsey, her cargo rice.

March 27.—Ship Snipe, John Sheer, master, from N. York, bound to Bordeaux, captured by the Vulture and St Vincent, and carried into Jersey, with coffee, sugar, indigo, &c.

—Brig Clio of N. York, J. Goodday, master, from Bordeaux, bound to N. York, captured by the St. Vincent, carried into Guernsey, with a cargo of brandy, wine, silks, &c.

April 1.—Brig Eclipse, C. A. Dashiell, from Baltimore, bound to Bordeaux, captured by the Rhin, carried into Plymouth, with cargo of colonial produce.

April 4.—Schr Betsey of Boston, John Higa, master, from Nantz, bound to Boston, captured by the Niemen and Medusa, carried into Plymouth, her cargo ore, lace, &c.

April 25.—Schr. Martha of Philadelphia, J. Lister, master, from Bordeaux, bound to Philadelphia, captured by the Tonnant, carried into Plymouth, with a cargo of brandy, wine, silk, &c.

Schr. Vesta of Baltimore, Cock, master, from Bordeaux, bound to Baltimore, captured by the Niemen, carried into Plymouth, her cargo the same.

April 27.—Ship Massachusetts (recaptured,) Chase, master, from Amelia Island, bound to Plymouth, captured by the Halcion, carried into Plymouth with a cargo of timber.

May 2.—Ship Lark of Philadelphia, Hutchinson, master, from Lateste, near Bordeaux, bound to Philadelphia, captured by the Niemen and Armide, carried into Plymouth, with a cargo of silk, wine, and brandy.

May 5.—Schr. Jenny, of N. Orleans, from N. Orleans, bound to Bordeaux, captured by the Semiramis, Pheasant and Scylla, carried into Plymouth, with a cargo of coffee, &c.

May 6.—Brig Tigress, of Baltimore, T. Lane, master, from Baltimore, bound to Bordeaux, captured by the Hermes, carried into Plymouth, with tobacco, cotton and hides.

May 8.—Schr. Grace-Ann-Green, of New-York, Northrup, master, from Bordeaux, bound to N. York. captured by the Andromache, carried into Plymouth, with brandy, oil, linen, &c.

May 9. Schr. Fairy, of N. York, P. J. Quebec master, from N. York, bound to Bordeaux, captured by the Fly privateer, carried into Padstow, with rice, deer and bear skins.

—Brig Lucy of Salem, J. Evans master, fr. Bordeaux, bound to Salem, captured by do. carried into do. with brandy, wine and silk.

May 10.—Ship Tantivy, from Bordeaux, captured by the Armide, carried into Plymouth.

May 12.—Schr. Arrow, Durkee master, from Bordeaux, bound to Balt. captured by do. carried into do. with brandy, &c.

Brig Zenobia, Skiddy master, from Bordeaux bound to N. York, captured by the Dart privateer, carried into Guernsey, with wines, brandy, silk, &c.

Schr. Falcon, Wilson master, from Baltimore, bound to Bordeaux, captured by do. carried into do.

May 20.—Friendship, P. Mood, master from Tonningen, bound to Philadelphia, captured by the Osprey, Carried into Yarmouth, with glass and hardware—ordered to be released.

May 23—Schr. Betsey of Marblehead, Mullen master from Marblehead, bound to France, captured by a squadron of 4 or 5 ships, carried into Plymouth, with fish.

May 29.—Ship Gen. Gates, Warner master, from Bordeaux, bound to N. York, captured by the Belle Poule, Armide, Dryad and Abercrombie, carried into Plymouth, with brandy, wine, silk, &c.

—Schr. Y. Connecticut, of N. York, Waterman master, from Bayonne, bound to do. captured by the Surveillante, carried into do. with brandy, wine, &c.

List of American vessels adjudicated in the High Court of Admiralty of England, from the 14th April to the 26th May, 1812, both inclusive.

Feb. 12.—Flora, H. Davis master, from New-York to London to touch at Cowes for orders, the master the claimant, condemned 21st April, 1812.

Feb. 13.—Polly, D. Thomas master, from Salem to Bordeaux, my claim, condemned 6th May.

Feb. 16.—Don Roderick, D. G. Gillies master, from New York to Bordeaux, or any port of France in the Bay. the master the claimant, condemned 14th April.

March 4.—G. Washington, W. Bartlett master, from Charleston to Portsmouth, or some other port in the English channel, S. Williams claimant, restored on payment of captor's expenses 26th May.

March 10.—John, S. O. Beckford, from Boston to Tonningen, S. Williams the claimant, condemned 8th April.

March 18.—Hotspur, J. Knowles master, fr. Balt. to Bordeaux, the master the claimant, condemned 14th April.

—Hannah, recaptured from the French, R. Dawson master, from Savannah to Portsmouth, A Forsyth claimant, 1-8th salvage decreed 14th April.

Betsey, J. High master, from Nantz to Boston, S. Williams claimant, condemned 6th of May.

March 19.—Sarah Ladson, B. Chase master, from Charleston to Bordeaux, John Stackhouse claimant, condemned 28th April.

March 27.—Eclipse, C. A. Dashiell master. from Baltimore, to Bordeaux, N. Kirivan claimant, condemned 14th May.

March 28.—Clio. J. Goodday master, from Bordeaux to N. York, Wm. Rowlett claimant, condemned 12th May.

Good Intent, F. Smith master. from San-Antonio to Marblehead, in ballast, no claim, condemned 14th May.
