HELENA, June 3. The Fourth of July celebration committee is hard at work and there is great enthusiasm for the success of the event which will draw many thousands of people to Helena. Not the least important of the events on this day will be the races at the fair grounds. The committee on arrangements met Saturday night at the board of trade rooms and steps were given to obtain figures from bands in the territory. Appropriations were made for advertising in all city dailies and papers throughout the territory. Prof. Beggs was appointed chairman of the committee on care of the grounds and the training of children.
