ARRIVAL OF REBEL OFFICERS.

The mail steamer Keyport arrived about eight o'clock yesterday morning from City Point with mails and passengers. Some four or five hundred prisoners, mostly South Carolinians and Mississippians, taken on Sunday last by the Fifth Corps, were brought down to City Point on Monday afternoon, and the officers among them, forty-two in number, including Lieut. Colonels Bayne, 16th Mississippi; Blake, 27th South Carolina; and Major Bell, 12th Mississippi, were brought up on the Keyport, in charge of Lieut. Miesoll, 60th New York State Militia.
