Full Text

The Studebaker car of Adolph Schroeder has run a matter of 265,000 miles during the time Mr. Schroeder has had it in his work as salesman with the Armour Packing company. The car is in almost first-class condition and does not show an appearance of its long-mileage career.

In consequence of the condition of the vehicle, considering its long mileage, Mr. Schroeder has been invited to the Studebaker factory at South Bend, Indiana, where the car will be thoroughly tested for advertising purposes.

He will leave on Friday for South Bend and enroute will advertise the Studebaker product in behalf of the manufacturing company.

Monday, under the supervision of Earl Slaughter, salesmanager of the St. Paul plant, a parade of six new Studebaker cars were displayed, leading from Aurora on the east to Hibbing on the west. Leading the parade was the car of Mr. Schroeder, driven by himself. Following the heavy-mileaged vehicle was a car equipped with a loud speaker in which Mr. Slaughter loudly proclaimed the virtues of the Studebaker and especially the car driven by Mr. Schroeder.
