The 4th of July,
The preparations for the great Tournament and Celebration in Ottawa on the coming 4th go on unremittingly. The public can rest assured that the 4th will be a big day in Ottawa. Let nobody dream of anything else. There will, from present appearances, be more fire companies here than have attended any previous tournament in this state.
The people's celebration will naturally dovetail itself into that of the firemen. The two will be one grand jubilee, worthy of our city and worthy of the day.
