Sentence was passed upon the prisoners who were at this session convicted of different crimes. As they received their sentences, all exhibited the calmest exterior and undisturbed equanimity, none of them betraying the least emotion. The convicted felons and the terms of their service in the territorial prison, are F. G. Gregory, forgery, 2 years; James Staples, grand larceny, 4 years; E. W. Keyes, manslaughter, 7 years; D. Harwick, W. Stiren and J. Halford, highway robbery, each 25 years. Prescott Journal-Miner.
