TOUR AROUND WORLD

SAN FRANCISCO, Cal., March 13. - Enthusiastic over his vacation, disappointed over the difficulties with which his plan for dissolution of the Southern Pacific-Union Pacific merger has met, former United States Attorney General Wickersham, accompanied by Mrs. Wickersham and a party of friends, is in San Francisco today on the first stage of a trip around the world.

"My chief regret over the termination of my services in the cabinet," said Wickersham today, "is that I will not be able to take up the method for solving the trouble surrounding the Hetch Hetchy water system."
