VIENNA, November 21.

Our warlike preparations are now at an end. Various reports, however, are in circulation; some say the Emperor is going to Petersburg; others that he is going to make peace with the Porte, without including Russia. He is not, however, yet arrived here, therefore we must wait for events.

It appears for certain, that the war will be continued next year, as orders have been given to assemble, the beginning of the next year, sixty thousand recruits for the different corps of our army. The Emperor is expected here between the twentieth and twenty fourth, to make a short stay only. Our troops are going fast into winter quarters.
