The last Advices from Persia say, that Thamas Kouli Khan persisted in refusing to ratify the Treaty that his Embassador some Time ago concluded with the Ministers of the Porte; but that, however, he was not in a Condition of undertaking any thing against the Turks, by reason of the Troubles which continue to disturb his new Kingdom.
Letters from General Münnich bring, that the Army had actually begun its March towards Perevolochna, where is to be its general Rendezvous, and that it would be finer and more numerous this Year than the last.
They write from Oczakow, that a Capital Mine had been discovered there, which the Turks had dug, wherein were found 180 Barrels of Powder.
