JUDSONIA IS RANKED FIRST
It Leads the Country in the Volume of Strawberry Shipment.
Little Rock. In the last issue of the Missouri Pacific Agents' Bulletin published in St. Louis, there is an article on the strawberry industry and movement of the same crop in Arkansas.
Judsonia is given first place as the largest shipping point. The article says Judsonia shipped 246 carloads besides a number of express shipments of large size. The express and carload shipments combined made a total of 206,000 crates of berries shipped from that point.
The method of picking and marketing the berries from Judsonia is described.
Arkansas is designated as "that great strawberry state." Judsonia is called its champion district and the co-operative plan of the growers for marketing is said to be ideal.
