Mecklenburg, Oct. 19.

The arrival of General Werner, with 6000 Prussian troops, has thrown us into the utmost consternation. The Duke our sovereign is retired from Schwerin to Lubec with all the Court, and M. de Champeaux the elder, Minister from the King of France. The mint has also been removed out of the country. Besides a contribution of 800,000 crowns, and 4000 horses. M. de Werner requires the country to render homage to the King of Prussia, his Majesty being determined to keep it as a conquered Country, 'till such time as those which have been taken from him shall be restored. Its feared that most of our fine troops will fall into the hands of the Prussians. The young Men are flying on all sides.
