The People, etc., for the use of Caleb Miller, administrator of the estate of David Miller, deceased, vs. Belinda Jones, administratrix of the estate of D. M. Jones, deceased. Assumpsit, demand $200.
Evidence introduced and objected to by defendant and case taken under advisement.
In the matter of the estate of David Skiles, deceased. The court appointed W. G. Lidya, W. McRaven and Jno. P. Walker appraisers of said estate.
In the matter of the estate of B. B. Martain, deceased: petition and bond for letters of administration approved and letters granted. In same estate R. C. Nutter, Eli Abshire and Emanuel Holmes were appointed appraisers.
In the matter of the estate of F. Blankenburg, deceased: widow's relinquishment and selection approved and ordered recorded. Administrator's report also approved.
In the matter of the guardianship of Mary Delay: petition and bond of Casper Yost for letters of guardianship as to custody of minor, approved and letters granted.
Daniel Kelly vs. M. J. McGauley, administrator of the estate of T. E. Sullivan, deceased: assumpsit, demand $50; judgement for claimant in the sum of $50 as of 7th class claim.
In the matter of the estate of D. M. Jones, deceased; report as amended approved.
In the matter of the estate of Josephine Parker, deceased; report approved, but administrator not discharged.
