WARRANTS SWORN OUT.

Officials of the Iowa Soldiers' Home Will
Be Arrested Soon.

Des Moines, Ia., Dec. 8. The warrants for the arrest of Commander Rat skin and the trustees of the Iowa soldiers' home have been sworn out by United States District Attorney Fulton. The warrants are in the hands of officers. Each information specified a large number of counts. As soon as the officers are arrested they will be released on their own recognizance and brought before Judge Wolton whenever notified. Their hearing will be in about 10 days. In the meantime the trustees will meet and lay plans for their defense.
