NINE MEMBERS OF BANK PLEAD GUILTY STEALING

OTHERS MUTE DURING THEIR ARRAIGNMENT; WILL GO TO TRIAL

FLINT, Mich., Dec. 19, (AP)—Nine of the 15 former executives and employes of the Union Industrial Bank pleaded guilty to taking part in the wholesale embezzlements which diverted $3,592,000 of the bank's funds to unfortunate speculation in the securities market.

They were ordered to be sentenced January 26; the others stood mute during their arraignment before the circuit judge thereby electing to go to trial.
