Full Text

From the Columbus Journal—June 12.

JOINT COMMITTEE.—The Joint Committee of both Houses, to whom the Governor's Message, and the several documents on the subject of the Boundary have been referred, is composed as follows:—on the part of the Senate—Messrs. McDowell, Anthony, Vance, Lyman and Whittlesey: on the part of the House—Messrs. Wilder, Allen, Medary, Ramage, Bostwick, Patterson, Forbes, Harlan, Van Hook, and Medill. It is not expected that the Committee will be prepared to report during the present week; probably not till Monday next, till when no business of any interest will be transacted. It is believed, generally, that the report will sustain the views taken by the Governor at the close of his Message.
